This site, terrabsolutions.com, is operated by Terrab Enterprise Inc., doing business as Terrab Solutions (also registered as Terrab Payment Solutions). "We" and "us" mean that entity; "you" means you or the business you represent. By using the site, requesting a rate analysis, applying, or buying equipment, you accept these terms.

We analyse what you pay today, recommend a program, and submit your application to a processing partner. The account itself is a contract between you, the processor and the acquiring bank, governed by the merchant processing agreement they give you. Read it — it, not this page, controls your processing.

• We cannot approve you. Underwriting is the processor's and the bank's decision, and either can decline or later close an account on their own terms.
• No rate is guaranteed before underwriting. Anything quoted in advance is an expectation based on what you told us, not a binding price.
• No timeline is guaranteed. We will tell you what is typical and chase your file, but we do not control the queue.
• Reserves, rolling reserves, funding delays and holds are imposed by the processor or bank where they consider them warranted.

Terrab Solutions is a registered agent/ISO partner. Rates and approval subject to underwriting. Estimates are not a binding quote.

The savings calculator and any analysis we send you are estimates built from the inputs provided. They use assumed interchange and a transparent markup model, and real interchange depends on your actual card mix, ticket sizes, entry methods, data quality and monthly volume — which move month to month.

• An estimate is not a quote, an offer or a promise of a specific saving.
• Feed it wrong numbers and the output will be wrong; we cannot verify what you type in.
• The figure that binds anyone is the one on your signed processing agreement.

Prices, specifications and stock on the equipment store can change without notice, and everything is subject to availability.

• Submitting an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it and ship — we may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, resale or export concerns, or stock we cannot get.
• If we cancel a paid order, you are refunded in full.
• Obvious typographical errors in price or specification do not create a binding contract.
• Quantities may be limited, and some listings are configured to order rather than held in stock.

Equipment purchases are also governed by the returns and refund policy and the shipping policy, both of which form part of these terms. In particular: activated, programmed, encrypted or key-injected terminals are not returnable for a refund.

Card payment on the store is handled through PayPal today. Support for an additional gateway is planned and is not live — do not rely on any other payment method working until it is announced here.

Hardware carries whatever warranty the manufacturer provides, and that warranty is the manufacturer's to honour. We will help you open a claim. Beyond the returns policy and the manufacturer's warranty, equipment is supplied as-is, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent the law allows.

You agree not to:

• Give false, stolen or someone else's information on a form, an application or an order
• Use the site to arrange processing for an illegal business, or one prohibited by the card networks
• Attempt to access admin areas, other people's data, or any non-public part of the site
• Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the site, or collect its content by automated means
• Resell, mirror or republish site content as your own

We may refuse service, cancel orders or block access where these terms are broken.

The text, layout, design, graphics, calculator logic and guides on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "Terrab Solutions", "Terrab Payment Solutions" and our logo are our marks. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use; you may not copy them into a competing site or commercial product. Any manufacturer, processor or card network names that appear belong to their owners and are used descriptively only.

Where we link out — to a processor, a manufacturer, a booking tool or a payment page — that service is run by someone else under their own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content or their conduct.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, downtime, or funds held or withheld by a processor or acquiring bank, arising from your use of this site, our services, or any equipment bought here.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability on any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid us for the equipment or service the claim concerns. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to cover us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from information you gave us that turns out to be false, from your use of the site in breach of these terms, or from your own business's dealings with its customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts serving Collierville, TN are the venue for any dispute. Before filing anything, please call us — almost everything is fixable in one conversation.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest still stands. Nothing here creates a partnership, franchise or employment relationship, and you may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.
